Brendan Lane
Brendan Lane Sound Bite at Warehouse on Broadway Featuring Lovely Idea Harper K Doors at 6pm. Show at 7pm. All Ages. Brendan Lane has always been a musical person, growing up with a jazz musician father and surrounded by records as a child. When he discovered rock ‘n’ roll at the age of eight, that was it: his life had a singular pursuit and purpose. That purpose has led Lane around the world, performing on three different continents with various performers, which deepened his understanding of what it meant to be a performer. No matter where he performs or who he performs with, Lane strives to communicate his passion for music with the audience. Most recently, Lane completed an east coast tour with his band, Brendan Lane and the Sugar Packets, trekking from Massachusetts to Texas and reaching new audiences. Sharing his music with new audiences only reinforced Lane’s desire to play music as much as possible. Lane released a number of singles and an EP, Sweet Tooth, over the course of the 2020-2021 pandemic. With three new singles set to release the new year, The Sugar Packets plan to announce a string of live dates in 2023. Brendan Lane’s music speaks to a range of emotions: comfort, happiness, elation, nostalgia, contentment. Sweet Tooth is out now, so listen up and feel the joy of living through music.
